CMPlus is a simple, yet powerful software package, for the Monroe R189 One-Net Encoder/Decoder, that allows the creation of detailed, informative custom audio/video messages. Existing Emergency Alert Systems’ local access ability is limited to detailed voice messages left via telephone connections, with little or no custom text, or custom text messages with no accompanying audio. By using the latest in text-to-voice technology, CMPlus overcomes these limitations.
